Kevin Lee--Owner

Kevin is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Nashua. He graduated with a Business Degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. He then earned his MBA from Rivier College. His initiative and commitment gained Kevin the position of Director of Support Services at Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Beth Israel / Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
It is that same dedication and drive that Kevin used to obtain ownership with his wife of three regional SERVPRO franchises. Since 1998 they have been stellar examples of how to run a business. Kevin and his spouse are proud parents of two daughters and grandparents of three grandsons and one granddaughter.

Chris St. Onge

Chris is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Nashua and is certified as an IICRC Water & Fire damage Restoration technician. Before joining our team, Chris proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Chris moved on to a career in law enforcement. He furthered his professional background as a property adjuster for a large insurance carrier. When not hard at work in or out of the office, Chris is family-focused and loves spending time with them and friends.

Leslie Webb

Leslie has been our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Nashua since 2020. She brings another three years of experience with a different SERVPRO franchise and an additional seven years with a private mitigation company. Leslie has been certified in WRT water damage, FSRT fire damage, and Content Cleaning. This hands-on experience enhances her understanding of the restoration industry, which she puts to good use in running our office. Leslie grew up in a family with various construction businesses, further adding to expertise. She has previously been a member of the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM.)
Leslie lives in Fremont, New Hampshire, with her husband, 4 kids, and fur babies. They are active in travel softball and camping.  Leslie is proud of her two sons currently serving our Country overseas--one in the Army and the other in the Air Force. We are fortunate to have such a well-rounded individual as our Office Manager.

Brendan

Brendan joined SERVPRO in 2019 and has quickly become a driving force behind the company's growth. With 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, including roles as Senior Field Adjuster and collaborations with major carriers, Brendan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to SERVPRO. He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), allowing him to handle complex restoration projects with confidence.

As Operations Manager, Brendan fosters strong relationships with customers, business clients, and insurance companies. He is dedicated to exceeding expectations, ensuring every project meets the rigorous IICRC standards. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family and tackling home projects.

Brendan's diverse skillset, commitment to excellence, and leadership qualities make him a valuable asset to SERVPRO.

Stone

Stone is our Administrative Project Manager at SERVPRO of Nashua. Stone has many years of experience in the field and is IICRC certified as a Water Technician (WRT.) He does a great job reviewing all documentation collected during fieldwork and ensuring that the job file meets SERVPRO’s highest standards.
Our customer care initiative is a critical aspect of how our franchise does business, and Stone is integral to this process. He communicates with customers and insurance carriers to keep everyone in the loop regarding project progress.
Stone supplies the customer and carrier a comprehensive copy of all job file documentation at job completion. Stone is also responsible for our SERVPRO website development and SEO optimizations to afford the best understanding to potential customers searching for SERVPRO services online.

Jessica W.

Jessica is our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Nashua and has done a great job since 2015. She keeps everything organized and completes documentation for insurance and payments. Jessica enjoys hiking, hanging out with her family and puppy, eating pizzas, and watching movies.

David

David is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Nashua. His intense drive, work ethic, and attention to detail make him a valuable member of our team.
He addresses each project with planning, precision, and care. David achieved certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IIRC) in Water Damage Restoration WRT. This international organization provides advanced cleaning and restoration methods following best practices. David melds this training with our state-of-the-art equipment to offer our customers a great outcome--the first time!

Mary T.

Mary has been our Accounts Receivable administrator at SERVPRO of Nashua since 2017. She handles the billings, insurance claims and is proficient with all peripheral software. Mary enjoys camping, horseback riding, four-wheeling, archery, and hiking.

Program (ECTP.) This program instructs advanced cleaning and restoration methods, employee safety, and optimal use of our advanced equipment, tools, and products. This intense in-house course also stresses the need for customer expectations fulfillment through careful listening, answering their questions, and providing a courteous, clean, and safe experience.
