Water Damage – Nashua Home

Water damage at this Nashua home occurred when a pipe running in between the walls of the closet in the photo burst. The before photo shows standing water on the floor of the closet. Our industry certified technicians would first locate the source of the water damage using hi-tech moisture detection meters to track the path of the water damage. Once located the damaged pipe would be repaired. The water would be suctioned from the carpeting, and the subflooring would be checked for moisture content. If the subflooring was too wet, the carpeting would need to be removed to sufficiently dry the subflooring. Sections of drywall would also be removed to allow for drying the interior of the walls.
